If you notice any irritation or discomfort after using the micro-injectables, try rotating to a different injection site for future applications. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and contact our team for guidance.
What is the recommended frequency for using NAD+ AT HOME?
For first-time users, we recommend starting with a daily micro-injectable for the first three days, then continuing with doses every other day. Be sure to follow the suggested dosage guidelines and never share your product with anyone else.
What’s the best way to remove air bubbles from injection needle or insulin needle?
To easily eliminate air bubbles, try the following techniques:
- Hold the vial upright between your fingers and lightly tap it with your other hand to help air bubbles move upward.
- A gentle flick with your finger can help loosen stubborn bubbles and bring them to the surface.
- Slowly swirl the vial in a circular motion to encourage bubbles to rise without agitating the contents.
- If bubbles remain, set the vial down and allow it to sit undisturbed for a few minutes—most bubbles will naturally rise and disappear.
These methods should help ensure a smoother, bubble-free experience.
What should I do if I accidentally use more than the recommended amount?
If you take more than the suggested dose, there’s no need to panic. The NAD+ in your vial is formulated with safety in mind and contains levels that are typically well-tolerated by the body.
That said, it’s always best to follow the recommended dosage to ensure optimal effectiveness. Taking more than needed may reduce how well your body absorbs or processes the supplement.
If you’re unsure or notice any unusual symptoms, it’s wise to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Is it safe to take NAD+ GOLD during pregnancy?
We advise against using NAD+ GOLD supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I share my NAD+ GOLD Kit with a friend?
While it might seem like a good idea to share your NAD+ GOLD Kit, we strongly discourage it.
Sharing any part of the kit—like the vial or micro-injectables—can increase the risk of cross-contamination and reduce the product's effectiveness. For safety, hygiene, and optimal results, it’s best for each person to use their own individual kit. This ensures you both get the full benefits in a safe and properly guided way.

What’s the difference between NAD+ and NADH?
NAD+ and NADH are two forms of the same molecule—NAD+ is the oxidized form, while NADH is the reduced form. NAD+ is widely recognized for its high bioavailability and potential health benefits, whereas NADH doesn't offer the same level of impact.
How do NAD+ GOLD micro-injectables differ from oral NAD+ supplements?
NAD+ GOLD micro-injectables provide a more effective way to boost your NAD+ levels compared to oral supplements. Oral NAD+ is often poorly absorbed because it breaks down in the digestive system, limiting its bioavailability. Micro-injectables bypass the digestive tract entirely, allowing your body to absorb NAD+ directly and more efficiently.
Are NAD+ AT GOLD micro-injectables safe to use?
Yes, NAD+ AT GOLD micro-injectables are designed with safety in mind and are as simple and low-risk as insulin injections. Since NAD+ is a naturally occurring molecule in the body, it's easily recognised and processed. Micro-injectables provide a safe, gentle, and effective way to supplement NAD+. For a clear, step-by-step introduction, take a look at our User Guide.
Can I use my NAD+ GOLD micro-injectables on different areas of my body?
It’s important to use NAD+ GOLD micro-injectables only on the recommended areas of your body. These are designed for subcutaneous use—just beneath the skin—where NAD+ can be absorbed safely and effectively. They are not intended for intravenous or intramuscular injection. If you experience any irritation, try switching to another approved injection site or consult a healthcare professional. Always follow the guidance provided in your User Guide.
What does the NAD+ GOLD solution look like?
Your nad+ gold comes un-activated in white powder form. Once mixed with bacterial infection water it will dissolve into a clear liquid.
I dropped my micro-injectable—can I still use it?
If your micro-injectable falls on the floor, it’s safest not to use it, as it could be contaminated. Simply dispose of it in the provided sharps bin and use a new one to maintain proper hygiene and safety.
Extra sharp bins, extra insulin needles and swabs are available on Amazon.
Can I use NAD+ GOLD if I have cancer or a history of cancer?
If you have active cancer, we recommend exercising caution, as the effects of NAD+ in this context are not yet fully understood. For those in remission or with a history of cancer, it's best to consult your healthcare provider or specialist for personalised advice before using NAD+ GOLD.
How do I properly dispose of the needles and vial?
All used items, including the empty vial and needles, should be placed in the designated sharps bin. When discarding needles, make sure they are fully enclosed and not protruding from the container. This ensures safe and responsible disposal.
What should I do if I bruise?
If you notice a bruise after an injection, don’t worry. Here are some tips to help ease discomfort:
If you experience pain right after injecting, gently press on the area to reduce the chance of bruising. Avoid massaging or rubbing the site, as this can worsen the bruise. Applying ice to the area can help reduce swelling. Refrain from injecting NAD+ near the bruised spot until it has fully healed. If the pain is severe, be sure to reach out to your doctor or healthcare team.
No one was home to receive my order. Is the NAD+ still okay unrefrigerated?
Rest assured, NAD+ remains stable at room temperature for several weeks. It only starts to degrade after being exposed to temperatures above 30°C (85°F) for a few days. While this doesn’t make it unsafe, it might reduce its effectiveness.
To help maintain ideal conditions during shipping, we include a cool pack underneath the carton.
For best freshness and potency, we recommend refrigerating your NAD+ once it arrives and after opening, keeping it away from direct light and excessive heat.
Will the injection hurt?
The injection may occasionally cause a brief sting, and bruising can happen from time to time. To reduce discomfort, try taking the NAD+ out of the fridge about 30 minutes before injecting, as cold solution can sting more.
Experiment with different injection sites and use a new spot each time. Injecting at a 45-degree angle can also help. Many customers report that some days the injection stings and feels a bit sore afterward, while other days it’s painless and sting-free.
Where is the best place to inject?
The syringes are designed for subcutaneous injections, meaning the injection is given just beneath the skin into the fatty layer.
Recommended sites include the stomach, hips, or buttocks. To inject, gently pinch the skin between your finger and thumb, then insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
Be sure to rotate injection sites each time to help prevent skin irritation. It’s normal to occasionally notice a bruise or small bump—if this happens, simply choose a different spot for your next injection.
What’s the best time of day to inject?
We recommend injecting in the morning, as many people feel energized and alert rather than sleepy afterward.
Injecting before exercise is another good option, as it may help boost stamina and endurance.
How do I open my NAD+ vial? It doesn’t seem to have a lid.
Your NAD+ vial comes with a plastic cap, simply pop it off.
To use it, carefully remove and discard the inner metal circle. Once that’s done, you can easily insert the syringe into the centre of the vial.
Remember to wipe the top with an antiseptic swab before each use, and store the vial in the fridge to keep it fresh.
How do I get the last bit of liquid out of the vial?
- Slightly tilt the vial to collect the liquid in one corner, then gently swirl it to bring any remaining fluid toward the opening.
- Make sure the needle is placed where the liquid has pooled. You may need to tilt the vial while drawing the liquid into the syringe.
- Lightly tap the sides of the vial to help the liquid settle near the bottom or the syringe entry point, making it easier to draw out.
- Insert the syringe needle, then gently push a small amount of air into the vial. This raises the internal pressure and can help push the last of the liquid into the syringe when you turn the vial upside down.
